Material Handling Service (Outbound)

New to our Material Handling service? Please see  this document for step-by-step instructions.

We will collect items from your booth and fulfill the return based on your chosen outbound method. Please note this is not a freight service. Inbound Material Handling must be purchased separately. Please see the show memo for other important information and dates.

Outbound Method: Please select how you would like your items returned:

• UPS / FedEx / Other Small Package Service - If using this option, boxes should be secured and a return label should attached to all packages. We will pick up your items at your booth and schedule a pickup at our Advanced Warehouse. You do not need to schedule your own pickup.
• Carrier Pickup at Advanced Warehouse - If using this option, all items should be palatized and wrapped. A BOL should be left with the pallet and a copy provided to your onsite tradeshow manager. We will pick up your pallet and return it to our Advanced Warehouse. A pickup will need to be scheduled by you with your preferred carrier at our Advanced Warehouse. • Carrier Pickup at Show Location - If using this option, all items should be palatized and wrapped. A BOL should be left with the pallet and a copy provided to your onsite tradeshow manager. We will pick up your pallet and deliver it to the dock or other pickup point. A pickup will need to be scheduled by you with your preferred carrier at at the show location. Estimated Weight Category: Please select the estimated weight of all your items. If you are unsure, choose a lower option and we can invoice you for the difference.
