**No Shipments Held after Tradeshow: Any Freight or Package Pickup scheduled after Dismantle window must be cleared/authorized by the tradeshow manager and the venue. Any pallets, equipment, or packages scheduled for pick up after Saturday September 14th, may be endangered of being lost or trashed.

Drayage Handling Service Recommended: materials will be delivered to the exhibit booth prior to exhibitor installation. Materials without material handling orders will be held until an order is made and paid for. Drayage services are recommended to ensure the safety and delivery of your items.

No Guarantees for Venue Shipments: OAOP and Tradeshow Management are not responsible for materials shipped directly to the venue. Shipping to the venue does not guarantee materials will be available at booth upon installation. Shipments to the hotel DO NOT include early labor installation. Show Information
Standard 8’ x 10’ booth will include pipe and drape, one 6’ convention draped table, two folding chairs, and wastebasket and identification sign. The exhibit hall is a carpeted ballroom. Booth assignments will be made two weeks prior to conference with priority assignments given to OAOP Partners and Sponsors. Your booth assignment will be emailed prior to conference with final exhibit details and attendee registration list. Security will monitor the exhibit hall overnight.
If you would like to include a 35-word company description in the conference program email it to heatherlyn@oaop.org no later than Monday, August 12. Company descriptions that exceed the word count could risk not being published.
Attendees & Check-In
Booths will accommodate four (4) attendees per booth. An additional $50.00 charge will be added for each additional attendee. An OAOP provided name badge is required for entrance into the exhibit hall. If you have not already provided representative names and email addresses, please email those to heatherlyn@oaop.org by Monday, September 2.
Each representative should check-in at the exhibitor registration desk which will be located on the second floor of the Tulsa Marriott Hotel Southern Hills. There you will be able to pick up your registration packet and name badge(s). On-site representative badges will be created for an additional $25 fee.

Drawing for Free Booth
Early teardown is highly discouraged and could affect your placement at future tradeshows. As an appreciation to those companies that stay the entire show without dismantling early will be entered into a drawing for a complimentary 2020 OAOP Fall Conference booth. The drawing will be held at the close of exhibit hall and company representative must be present to collect the gift certificate.
Exhibit Rules & Regulations
By registering for the OAOP Fall Conference you agreed to the conference rules and regulations to exhibit during the OAOP Fall Conference. A penalty will be imposed for violating any conference rules and regulations.
