factor 110 is the official tradeshow coordinator for the SPSP 2027 Annual Convention. Our goal is to make your experience exhibiting at the show valuable and stress free. Our online exhibitor guide has been created to make sure you have all the tools necessary for a successful show. Please review the important information below and reach out to us with any questions.

Standard Booth Package
The standard exhibit booth will contain the following. Double booths will receive double tables and chairs.

  • Company identification sign
  • 10' deep x 10' wide space with pipe and drape
  • 6' table with spandex linen
  • 2 folding chairs
  • Wastebasket

Exhibit Hall Carpet
The exhibit hall is not carpeted. Individual booth carpet is not required, but may be ordered through this site if desired.

Official Freight Carrier
factor 110 offers an Advance Warehouse but there is not an official freight carrier for this show. Any inbound or outbound shipments may be arranged with your preferred carrier, however if you will be shipping items in to or out of the Advance Warehouse, Material Handling services should be ordered. See "Advance Shipment of Materials" below for additional information.

Service Desk
A factor 110 representative will be available on-site during installation, exhibit hall hours and dismantle. If you need assistance, please contact your tradeshow manager. Their information will be on a card left at your booth.

Exhibitors are encouraged to order by the deadline. Orders after the deadline and on-site will be accommodated whenever possible, but will be accessed an additional $75.00 surcharge per order. 

Material Handling
To order Material Handling, please see "Advance Shipment of Materials" below.

Power
Power will need to be ordered through the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Click here for the form to order power. Please direct any power questions to Pennsylvania Convention Center.

Internet
Complimentary low-speed Wi-Fi will be available in the exhibit hall via the standard attendee network. However, if you have mission-critical tasks or need peer-to-peer screen sharing, we recommend purchasing upgraded internet access through McCormick Place. Click here for the order form. Please direct any Internet questions to McCormick Place.

Booth Labor
Exhibitor employees* may set up and dismantle their own exhibits. Contractors of exhibitors are not permitted to set up or dismantle booths. If you need labor beyond what can be performed by your employees, please email brad@factor110.com for assistance and rates. Please do not order labor through this site. Union carpentry rates will be higher than our standard labor pricing.

*An exhibitor employee is defined as any person employed by the exhibitor as a full-time employee for at least six months.

Booth Cleaning / Porter Service
Booth cleaning / porter service must be performed by the official service contractor. If you need booth cleaning beyond what can be performed by your employees, please email brad@factor110.com for assistance and rates. Please do not order booth cleaning through this site. Rates will be higher than our standard booth cleaning pricing.

Lead Retrieval
Lead retrieval capabilities will be available within the conference app, Whova. Additional information will be sent via email.

MATERIAL HANDLING OPTIONS

Advance Shipment of Materials
For your convenience, factor 110 accepts any exhibitor materials you wish to ship ahead of time. All items accompanied with a paid Material Handling order will be delivered to your booth ahead of exhibitor installation. Items shipped without paid Material Handling orders will be held until an order is made and paid for. 

Do not ship any items to the Pennsylvania Convention Center. factor 110 is not responsible for any items not shipped to the Advanced Warehouse.

Outbound Options
factor 110 offers outbound handling options that may be added when ordering inbound services. Please see this form for more information.

Self Carry-In
Exhibitors may self-carry in any booth materials or use small carts. Larger carts should not be brought through public doors. Click here for parking options (link to https://www.paconvention.com/attendees/travel-to-pa-convention-center/parking). factor 110 does not provide material handling equipment for self-carry in.

USE OF SPACE AND RENTAL ITEMS
These are general terms that are in addition to any terms and conditions you agreed to when purchasing your booth space.

Rental Term
All items rented from factor 110 from this site are for a rental term of the show duration. All items, including the standard booth items, should be left in the booth at the end of the show. Any items found to be missing will be subject to a replacement fee.

Care of Rental Items
Attaching signage or any other items to the pipe, drape, tables or other furniture in a way that will cause permanent damage is prohibited. Exhibitors who damage any such property will be accessed a replacement fee. A cleaning fee will be accessed if adhesive is attached to pipes and not properly removed.

Excessive Trash / Booth Abandonment
Any excessive trash left behind after the show will be subject to a disposal fee. Any items left behind at the end of exhibitor dismantle not clearly labeled for outbound Material Handling will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
